Return Policy

La Crème Coffee & Tea is committed to providing unsurpassed customer satisfaction. We are confident that our products will meet or exceed your expectations. We are happy to publish we have had very little merchandise returned. We do our best to clearly photograph and accurately describe each item so nothing is misrepresented.

If you have any questions about our products, we encourage you to please email or call us at (877) 493-2326; we will be happy to provide the information you need in order to help you make proper selections while shopping on our site.

However, we will accept returns for the following reasons:

  • Your order arrives damaged.
  • Your order is lost.
  • You are unhappy with the quality of the product.
  • You receive the incorrect product; different from the product you ordered. (If you order the wrong product, meaning you selected the wrong item in which you intended to order, that does not qualify for a return. So, please be careful when checking out, that you have selected the items in which you intended to order.)

How to Return Items

Contact our Customer Care team by calling (877) 493-2326 or emailing us at audi@lacremecoffeeandtea.com and explain the issue you are having with your purchase.

In most cases, we will not ask for the product back as coffee and tea are considered a “food” product and cannot be brought back into our production facility once it leaves our dock.

If the item you are returning is an accessory, such as a tea infuser, we might ask for it to be returned, but we will provide you with a UPS Return Service label.

In most cases, we will simply ship you a replacement for damaged, lost or incorrect products. However, if you are wanting to return due to a quality issue, we will discuss the best solution to make our customers happy.

Shipping & Handling

Please Note: All coffee and tea products are “Made to Order”

You can request Ground Shipping or Pick up.

Pick up orders take within 2 Business Days to process. La Crème Coffee and Tea will contact you via email or phone when your order is ready, so please be sure to include the best way to contact you.

Ground shipping orders are usually processed within 48 hours. We do not ship on weekends or holidays. If an item is on backorder, we will contact you via email or phone to let you know the expected shipping date.

Product Delivery

Fast and reliable shipping requires all documentation be accurately filled out. Please ensure that the address used for delivery of shipments is a correct street address and has the proper postal zone. Post Office Box addresses are not appropriate and are not an acceptable shipping address, please provide a deliverable receiving address. If the delivery address is a residence, please check the residential address box. Phone numbers are required to enable the shipper to contact you in case of delivery problems.

Multiple attempts to deliver packages because of an inadequate address, or nobody being present to sign the “proof of delivery” (POD), may result in additional cost to you.

Be careful when placing orders around holiday periods when our shipping departments may be closed.

If there are special arrangements for receiving over a holiday period, enter that information in the special instructions box.

Refunds or Replacement Product

If it has been determined that La Creme will be refunding your money as the result of a return, you can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for the purchase of your items within 7 to 14 business days of our receiving your return, providing it arrives safely.

If it has been decided that you will be receiving a replacement for your product in question, then that replacement will usually ship out same day or following business day.

Products Damaged During Transit

To ensure customer satisfaction, all products are visually inspected prior to transfer to our shipping carrier. All orders /shipments are properly packaged and insured for delivery to your provided shipping address. Please inspect your package when you receive it from the carrier. All claims for damages and shortages must be made within 5 business days of receipt of merchandise.

Box Damage: If you notice any apparent damages to the outer carton (i.e. gashes in the box, box severely crushed, internal packaging, such as peanuts leaking), please alert the driver/carrier and make a damage notation with your signature.

Make sure that you keep all packaging (boxes, shipping labels, peanuts, etc.) as an inspector will need to inspect the package. Please contact La Creme Coffee & Tea immediately.
